Product Return Policy for Authorized Dealers and Resellers
(As of May 15, 2025)
Customers wishing to return merchandise must first obtain a return authorization number (RAN) from the B.M. Group. Credit will be issued only for products in saleable condition that were purchased within 30 days of our invoice date. After 30 days, all returns are no longer accepted. Cost of freight to return product is at client’s expense. A restocking fee of minimum 30% will be applicable. Private label items purchased within 30 days of our invoice date are non-returnable unless defective; and after the said 30 days period all returns are no longer accepted.
